Glenn Neasham
“The Safe Money Guy.” If you were looking for an
insurance planner, and someone told you about a guy
who had that nickname, you would probably be
interested. Well, that is the nickname of Glenn
Neasham. He’s an insurance expert, the owner and
operator of Neasham Financial & Insurance Group,
and he has been helping people deal with their
estates and plan their retirements since 1987. For
over 21 years, he has been assisting people in
figuring out how to pay less on their taxes by
getting tax deferrals and choosing tax-deferred
investments. He has definitely earned his
nickname, “The Safe Money Guy.”
As a long-standing member of the National Ethics
Bureau and the Chamber of Commerce, Neasham has
become a well-known member of the community. He
has worked in the newspaper business, owning and
publishing two different area newspapers-- the
Citrus Heights City Times and the Goldriver News--,
however, his heart has always been in the insurance
world. As a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA),
Neasham is skilled in all aspects of insurance
planning.
Over the years, Glenn Neasham has helped
hundreds—if not thousands—of single people and
married couples plan out their financial lives.
Here are some of the specialties with which Neasham
has exceptional experience: annuities, 1035
exchanges, long-term planning, retirement planning,
life insurance, SEP IRA plans, IRA/401K rollovers,
equity indexed annuities, estate planning, and
stock market gains. Neasham believes that clients
have worked too hard and for too long for their
money—he wants to do whatever he can to help them
preserve their money. He wants to help them get a
fair rate of return and, whenever possible, give
them a lifetime income. Neasham thinks people
often end up having to pay too much in taxes—and he
wants to help clients avoid having too much of
their money go to taxes.
Aside from his insurance planning company, recently
Neasham has begun pursuing building another
company, one that has long been a dream of his—a
performance water company.
Called OxyboostH20!, Neasham’s performance water is
poised to become one of the top market leaders
because he has taken great care to make it the very
best it can be—better than other enhanced waters
currently being sold. Neasham’s water contains no
sugars, fats, calories, caffeine, preservatives, or
carbonation. It is just pure spring water that
goes through a special process to add extra oxygen
and electrolytes. This is done in order to make
the water ideal for getting athletes, students, or
even executives to their peak performance levels.
Glenn Neasham has wanted to open a water company
for a long time. When he was growing up, his dad
owned 660 acres of land that had three wells.
These wells produced about 1000 to 5000 gallons of
water per minute. Neasham found that to be
fascinating, and it never left his mind. Then one
day in 2006 he happened to be watching CNBC when
Donnie Deutch came on. His guest was the owner of
a performance water company—and what he said
captivated Neasham. The water company owner spoke
of his success in the water business…and that was
the catalyst that began Neasham’s journey into the
performance water industry.
Along with being a businessman, Neasham is also a
family man. He grew up in a very tight-knit
household—his father, “Kip,” owned and operated the
Neasham Insurance Company for over 30 years, while
his mother, Elaine, was a school teacher and
director of two Sweet Adeline groups in both Lake
and Mendocino Counties. She also served as
president of the Lakeport School Board and
president of the Lake County Fair. Today, Glenn
Neasham resides in Lake County with his wife,
Tonya, and his three children, Logan, Emily, and
Katelynn.
